The beef is cut thinly and stir-fried quickly and easily together with broccoli, red pepper, and a delicious stir-fry sauce. The broccoli really works in this dish, as it fully absorbs the sauce and provides that nice added bit of crunch.
The chicken is first marinated in a beautiful sauce full of satay flavours, and seared in that sauce for extra flavours. What makes this marinade extra special is using Thai red Curry Paste!
Neutral flavors of the pasta noodles are perfect for tossing with a sweet, tangy, and savory sauce. To make this a more complete meal, tender pieces of stir-fried chicken, shrimp, and tofu are added. Bean sprouts, green onions, and peanuts add an addictive crunch to the meal.
